We cannot answer this question as it depends entirely on you. Everyone starts from a different level and some people might progress faster than others. Generally, it takes 1,5 up to 2 weeks to complete one level, so you can use whole program for about 8 to 10 months. We suggest following our program as long as you want to progress effectively and become master of your own body!

It depends on your goals. If you want to change your body and learn basic calisthenics skills the Full Body Transformation program is what you need. This program consists of 20 different training levels starting from complete beginner to calisthenics master athlete. It also contains skill guides, our Nutrition guide and the Stretching program. Our Nutrition guide will give you the knowledge that will allow you to set your diet like a professional athlete based on your goal. Exercises included in the Stretching program are great to use on rest days and as a cool down after your workout session.
